Full job description
Salary Range $19.00 - $22.00 Hourly
Description
Join a growing team of hardworking, self-motivated individuals as a Dayporter with Friedman Real Estate. If you possess dynamic leadership capabilities and welcome a challenging position in a fast-paced environment, consider a career opportunity with Friedman!
Schedule: Monday – Friday from 8:00AM to 5:00PM
Responsibilities:

Grounds maintenance and caring for exterior of buildings.

Housekeeping and janitorial tasks
-
Other general maintenance duties as necessary
Qualifications:
-
One to two years of grounds keeping experience in multi-family/residential properties
-
Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel to other properties, if needed

Must have basic set of tools

Be responsible and reliable

Have a positive and professional attitude
