What You'll Do

  • Assemble and adjust components using hand tools and power tools

  • Follow blueprints, drawings, and work instructions to complete assemblies

  • Inspect products throughout the assembly process to ensure quality standards are met

  • Package finished products for shipment

  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area

  • Work with team members to meet daily production goals

  • Perform repetitive assembly tasks with attention to detail and accuracy

What We're Looking For

  • Ability to use hand tools and power tools

  • Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn

  • Comfortable standing and working on your feet for 8+ hours per day

  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality standards

  • Strong attention to detail and work ethic

  • Reliable attendance and a positive attitude

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience reading assembly instructions, manuals, or work orders

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints or drawings

  • Manufacturing, assembly, construction, or production experience is a plus

  • No prior manufacturing experience required; training is provided

Work Environment

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Teutopolis, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
