Location:

Watertown, WI

Shift/Work Schedule:

1:30pm-10:00pm, Monday-Friday

Pay range:

$33.60/hr + $1.75 Shift Differential

What You’ll Do:

  • Perform skilled electrical work with safety and precision

  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and respond quickly to maintenance needs

  • Read and work from blueprints, sketches, and written instructions

  • Carry out preventative maintenance and keep accurate documentation

  • Operate tools and equipment—from test meters to man-lifts—with confidence

  • Collaborate with contractors, technical teams, and plant personnel

  • Support a clean, safe, and compliant production environment

What You'll Bring:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent

  • Journeyman license or equivalent training

  • 3–5 years of electrical and manufacturing experience

  • Strong industrial motor control knowledge

  • Experience with Allen Bradley or PLC programming (a plus!)

  • The ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varying environments

  • Clear communication skills and a collaborative spirit

  • Your own toolbox and tools.

  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis. The company will not sponsor employment visas now or in the future

  • Applicants must be able to read, write, speak, and comprehend English at a level necessary to perform the essential duties of the position.
