We're seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support middle school students and educational teams through behavioral consultation, assessments, and intervention planning. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working in a beautiful Central Coast community.

?? What You'll Do

? Conduct behavioral assessments and evaluations

? Develop and oversee Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)

? Consult with teachers, support staff, and administrators

? Analyze behavioral data and monitor student progress

? Provide staff training and behavioral support strategies

? Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve student outcomes

? Qualifications

  • Current BCBA Certification through the BACB

  • Master's Degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field

  • School-based experience preferred

  • Pediatric experience preferred

  • Current CPR certification if applicable

  • Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

Minimum Requirements:

  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

  • Master’s degree in applied behavior analysis, teaching, psychology or related field

  • Preferred experience providing behavior analytic programs and services in schools

  • One (1) year minimum pediatric experience preferred

  • Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice

  • Current CPR if applicable

  • TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable

  • Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)

  • Must meet all federal, state and local requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
