Roles & Responsibilities:
- Ensure process quality across PCBA assembly (SMT, THT, and Box Build/FATP).
- Monitor and improve in-process quality to achieve customer quality targets.
- Conduct IATF 16949 process compliance activities and support internal, customer, and certification audits.
- Prepare and maintain quality documentation, including SOPs, Control Plans, PFMEA, Work Instructions, Inspection Standards, and Quality Records.
- Perform process audits, layered process audits (LPA), and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Analyze defects using 7 QC Tools, 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, and implement process improvements.
- Coordinate with Production, Process Engineering, and NPI teams for new product introductions and process validation.
- Monitor key quality KPIs such as FPY, DPMO, PPM, COPQ, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Job Requirement
- Bachelor's/Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
- 3–8 years of experience in EMS/PCBA manufacturing.
- Hands-on experience in Process Quality, PCBA Assembly, and IATF 16949 implementation.
- Strong knowledge of quality documentation (PFMEA, Control Plan, SOP, WI, PPAP).
