Work location: Texas Health HEB 1600 Hospital Parkway Bedford TX 76022
Work hours: Full Time Days (Monday - Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm) for 40 hrs/week. On Call required.

Qualifications - External
Here's What You Need

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or related field or 4 Years Relevant experience in lieu of a degree (Required)

2 years Application support experience, preferably in a hospital environment. (Required)
-
Clinical knowledge of Radiology department and workflows, preferably in a hospital environment. (Highly Preferred)

Fuji PACS experience (Highly Preferred)
-
Ambra experience (Highly Preferred)
-
Epic Cupid experience (Highly Preferred)
-
CVIS experience (Highly Preferred)
-
ServiceNow experience (Preferred)
What You Will Do
-
Provide day to day systems/application administration and support to assigned departments, clinics, and/or entities, onsite and virtually

Deliver application using deployment systems, oversee upgrades and enhancements, and coordinate interfaces of applications
-
Oversee management of compliance to security, ITIL and ITS standards. Coordinate new user applications training for assigned departments, clinics, and/or entities.

Proficiently demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of multiple systems/applications and their integration and business needs and processes.

Serve as mentor for less experienced staff. Participate in special projects and/or perform other duties as assigned.
