Responsibilities:

Account Management: Manage end-to-end relationships with Korean hotel partners, including contract negotiations, rate/inventory management, and promotional strategy.

Inbound Growth: Drive inbound travel from Japan to Korea by expanding our hotel portfolio and optimizing property visibility for Japanese users.

Strategic Planning: Support our transformation into a global Online Travel Agency (OTA) by utilizing data-driven insights and executing marketing strategies in collaboration with our Tokyo HQ.

Global Collaboration: Work closely with international stakeholders, with potential opportunities for business travel or overseas assignments.
Requirements:

Experience: A proven track record in strategy, business planning, and sales.

Languages: Business-level to native proficiency in Japanese; English proficiency (TOEIC 800+).

Competencies: A strong analytical mindset, a data-driven approach to problem-solving, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, cross-border team environment.

Prior professional experience within an Online Travel Agency (OTA) or travel-tech environment.

Demonstrated experience in team management or leadership roles.

A deep passion for the travel and hospitality industry, with a strong interest in driving inbound tourism.
