Job Title: Pool Installation Technician

Job Description

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, wants to learn a valuable trade, and is eager to jump in and figure things out. As an Installation Technician, you will support pool and spa installations, perform general labor tasks, and develop practical skills in plumbing, electrical work, and equipment troubleshooting through hands-on experience in the field.

Responsibilities

• Assist with pool installations, including setting up pool structures, equipment, and related components.

• Support equipment installations and respond to service calls to ensure systems operate safely and efficiently.

• Perform general labor tasks such as loading and unloading materials, site preparation, and clean-up.

• Learn pool systems, equipment, and repair techniques through hands-on training and on-the-job experience.

• Start each day at the shop to load trucks with materials and tools needed for scheduled jobs.

• Travel from job site to job site throughout the day, adapting to changing tasks and priorities.

• Follow safety guidelines and procedures while working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and meet quality standards.

Essential Skills

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and move 100+ lbs with assistance.

• Mechanical aptitude with an interest in plumbing and electrical basics.

• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

• Comfort using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.

• Capability to perform general labor tasks in a construction or installation environment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lees Summit, MO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
