Special Education Teacher (K–12)

?? $55/hour | 35 hrs/week | 9-Month Contract

Overview
We are seeking 2 Special Education Teachers to support a school district in Sultan, WA. This role focuses on delivering individualized instruction, collaborating with staff, and supporting diverse student needs across K–12 environments.

Key Responsibilities

Provide specialized instruction and academic support

Develop and implement IEPs

Track student progress and ensure compliance with regulations

Qualifications

Valid state teaching certification (required)

Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)

1+ year teaching experience (preferred)

Preferred endorsements/certifications:

Elementary, Secondary, or Special Education

LBS1 strongly preferred
-
CPR, TB screening, and health clearance (as required)

Must meet all state and federal employment requirements
