POSITION SUMMARY
The Brand Graphic Designer partners closely with the Creative Director to develop strategic, brand-focused creative across print, digital, social, web, and environmental channels. This role is ideal for a designer who understand how to communicate with professional B2B audiences, can translate complex ideas into compelling visual solutions, and brings a thoughtful point of view rather than simply executing requests. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Partner with the Creative Director to develop and execute brand-focused creative solutions across print, digital, social, web, email, presentation, and environmental platforms.

Translate business objectives and marketing strategies into compelling visual concepts and brand experiences.

Develop creative concepts, layouts, and campaign materials that align with established brand standards and voice.

Present and communicate design ideas effectively through sketches, mockups, written rationale, and visual storytelling.

Maintain brand consistency across all customer touchpoints while contributing fresh, innovative thinking.

Create sales collateral, brochures, presentations, social media assets, trade show materials, and other marketing communications.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project goals, timelines, and audience needs.

Independently manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Contribute strategic ideas and recommendations, serving as a creative partner rather than solely an execution resource.

Continuously explore design trends, best practices, and creative approaches to strengthen the brand and customer experience.
Qualifications

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.

Ability to communicate ideas quickly through sketches, concepts, rough comps, or written narratives.

Strong understanding of brand strategy, voice consistency, and visual systems.

Excellent written communication skills are highly valued.

Experience in B2B marketing, branding, or professional-services environments is a plus.

The target hourly range is $35-45/hr, depending upon qualifications and experience. The posted pay range reflects the expected compensation for a fully qualified candidate. Starting pay may be above or below this range based on job-related factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, and training needs.
In addition to hourly pay, the compensation package also includes eligibility for profit-sharing and monthly bonus opportunity. Additionally, for eligible full-time employees, we offer a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability benefits; paid time off and paid holidays; 401(k) retirement plan and employee stock ownership plan.
