Our client, an industrial facility specializing in power generation and sustainable energy solutions, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join their team. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will play a vital role in overseeing the daily operations and maintenance of a state-of-the-art cogeneration plant, ensuring optimal performance, safety, and compliance. Supervise daily operations of the cogeneration plant to meet electrical and thermal energy demands efficiently.

Monitor plant conditions using DCS/SCADA systems, making adjustments to optimize performance.

Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system issues to minimize downtime and maintain reliability.

Lead and mentor a team of operators, managing scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.

Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities, including emergency repairs and system upgrades.
What's Needed?

3-5 years of experience in power generation, cogeneration, or industrial plant operations.

Understanding of preventative maintenance, minor DC and AC voltage systems.

Proficiency with DCS/SCADA systems and technical drawings such as schematics and P&IDs.

Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

Ability to work in a union environment following collective bargaining agreements.
