As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will play a vital role in overseeing the daily operations and maintenance of a state-of-the-art cogeneration plant, ensuring optimal performance, safety, and compliance. What's the Job?

  • Supervise daily operations of the cogeneration plant to meet electrical and thermal energy demands efficiently.

  • Monitor plant conditions using DCS/SCADA systems, making adjustments to optimize performance.

  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system issues to minimize downtime and maintain reliability.

  • Lead and mentor a team of operators, managing scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.

  • Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities, including emergency repairs and system upgrades.

What's Needed?

  • 3-5 years of experience in power generation, cogeneration, or industrial plant operations.

  • Understanding of preventative maintenance, minor DC and AC voltage systems.

  • Proficiency with DCS/SCADA systems and technical drawings such as schematics and P&IDs.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

  • Ability to work in a union environment following collective bargaining agreements.
