The Rush-Henrietta Softball Program is seeking passionate, dedicated, and transformational leaders to join our coaching staff for the upcoming season. We currently have openings for the following positions:

We are looking for individuals who aredriven to succeed, committed to student-athlete growth, and dedicated to fostering a positive and competitive softball culture throughout the program. The ideal candidates will demonstrate strong leadership skills, a team-first mentality, and a desire to develop players both on and off the field.
Qualifications:

Previous softball coaching experience required

Proven ability to work collaboratively across all levels of the program

Commitment to developing players' skills, character, and love of the game

Strong communication and organizational skills
