About the job

As an integral member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in contributing to the overall success and growth of our organization.

As a part of the team, you will:

  • Conduct the assembly and value adding of parts.

  • Monitor the quality of output to identify, discard, or re-manufacture faulty products

  • Secure accurate daily assembly production records.

  • Execute production work according to ALPS standards and participate in continuous improvements.

What you know

You have a High School degree or GED Certificate with relevant experience, and:

  • Crane of forklift certifications, nice to have.

  • 2-3 years of experience from the manufacturing environment like machines, equipment, jig, fixtures, and measuring instruments etc.

  • Able to read drawings, blueprints, manufacturing orders etc.

  • Intermediate computer skills.

  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

Physical factors:

  • Lifting (up to 60lbs), climbing, standing and equipment use.

The base salary for this role is typically $23.50/hr. with a 1.00/hr. shift differential. The 3rd shift hours are 10:00 pm to 6:30 am Sunday through Thursday with overtime and weekend hours based on business needs.
