COMPENSATION

Competitive contract rates commensurate with experience, paid per agreed terms.

Engagement contingent on a background check clearing you to work in public school settings.
SCOPE OF SERVICES
-
Provide school-based occupational therapy services consistent with each district's service delivery model
-
Maintain accurate, comprehensive documentation of all services provided
-
Provide clinical supervision to Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) as engaged
-
Develop and deliver in-service and training sessions for staff and families
-
Support OT students and affiliates as opportunities arise

Ensure documentation meets Federal, State, and local funding and compliance requirements

Support students with physical disabilities, including lifting, transferring, and positioning
QUALIFICATIONS

Degree in Occupational Therapy

Active Texas OT license, maintained in good standing throughout engagement

Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation
PRACTICAL NOTES

Travel to multiple campus locations within your service area

Physical demands include standing, stooping, bending, reaching, heavy lifting, and moderate carrying
