Operations Support Specialist - Hibbing Store (Full-Time Hours)

We are looking for someone who loves to ensure inventory accuracy, loves to communicate with customers & likes to have fun at work, while getting things done. Previous experience in retail sales and inventory management is preferred. If that sounds like you, apply today!
Job Type: Full-Time Hours
Schedule: Monday - Friday; Shift Time from between 6:30am - 3:00pm
Targeted Pay Range: $16 -19 per hour.
(Starting rate of pay varies based on factors including, but not limited to, location, experience and position offered. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.)
What you'll do in this role:
Our Operations Support Specialist is the store's primary inventory auditor. You will be responsible for verifying accuracy of all counts and immediately communicate high dollar losses to management. You will also be responsible for analyzing shrink data, researching & tracking all major discrepancies, training staff on inventory management, reviewing current merchandise security, as well as other duties assigned by management. We strive to leave all customers with a smile on their face and plans to shop with us again!
