As a Dispatcher in a healthcare location, you will coordinate communications, monitor activity, and dispatch personnel to support a secure environment. You will provide exceptional customer service, maintain clear and timely communication, and help address security-related concerns. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities within a healthcare location.

Monitor communication channels, alarms, and dispatch systems; receive calls for service and coordinate responses by appropriate personnel.

Document incidents, service requests, communications, and other security-related activities accurately and in accordance with site procedures.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to site leadership and emergency services as appropriate.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and perimeter, reporting unusual conditions and helping to deter unauthorized activity.
Minimum Requirements:
-
Have at least two years of security-related experience.
-
Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED.
-
CPR certification is preferred.
-
Comfortably using a computer or tablet is preferred.
-
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
