About the role The Business Planning Manager is responsible for facilitating the business planning process across the business unit and driving process alignment to the Business Unit strategic priorities. Responsibilities Work with Product Management to adjust long‑term forecast volumes to optimize manufacturing and operations capacity. Identify and implement improvements within the Rapid Response Manufacturing (RRM) process. Collaborate with manufacturing operations and planning to identify production bottlenecks and recommend actions for both planned and unplanned supply-chain changes. Design Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure plants meet customer demand within promised lead times. Plan and support the RRM process with stakeholders across the Commercial & Industrial business unit, supply chain, and factory contacts. Lead two monthly presentations to executive and cross‑functional teams on demand planning activities. Transform sales pipeline data and field intelligence into demand signals. Participate in supply planning meetings and report key takeaways. Summarize industry reports to inform executive perspectives. 10% domestic and international travel to Mexico. Qualifications Four years of post-baccalaureate experience in job offered or in business planning or supply chain management role. Bilingual English and Spanish required. Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills. Experience with Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, and Smartsheet, or equivalent. Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Industrial Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, or closely related.
