📍 Pembroke, MA
⏰ Full-Time, 4-5 days per week. Fridays required.
No evenings. No weekends.
Ophthalmic Consultants of Boston (OCB) is hiring Optometrists to join our team. This is a rare opportunity to enjoy an exceptional work-life balance while practicing in a high-volume, collaborative, patient-centered environment. We are looking for Optometrists (ODs) who have a strong interest in learning LDD or have prior experience with LDD. We welcome candidates who are eager to expand their skills in this specialty and are committed to providing exceptional patient care.

💼 What You’ll Do

Perform comprehensive eye exams

🎓 Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited School of Optometry

Active Massachusetts Optometry License (or eligible)

Residency preferred, not required
💰 Compensation & Benefits

$135,000–$160,000 annually (40-hour equivalent; based on experience)
