Position Summary
In your role as a Procurement Senior Buyer, you'll work to support the timely development of new product by procuring mechanical parts of equipment based on collaboration with the development departments and partner companies.
Role and Responsibilities
Here's What You'll Be Responsible For:

Purchase Order Creation & Management
-
Design and implement workflows for purchase order generation, approval, and fulfillment, integrating with ERP or other procurement systems.

Manage High Usage and Inventory
-
Analyze consumption trends to optimize stocking of high usage items while reducing or eliminating low usage/zero bin inventory.

Negotiate Annual Pricing Agreements and Drive Project Execution
-
Secure cost saving agreements on parts, lead procurement projects through to implementation, and perform post implementation reviews to validate savings and project impact.

.Lead Cost Saving and Efficiency Projects

Define project scopes, establish budgets and timelines, and oversee execution to achieve measurable cost reductions and workflow improvements.

Track and Report Procurement Related KPIs

Monitor key performance indicators, compile executive level reports, and provide actionable insights to support decision making and company wide goals.

Coordinate with product, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure smooth parts flow and that procurement processes meet technical and operational needs.

Attend supplier and engineering meetings to discuss procurement strategies, qualification plans, and future projects, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field

4+ years of procurement / supply -chain experience

Proficiency in inventory- management systems and Microsoft Office

Strong analytical, problem -solving, and critical- thinking skills
The current base salary range for this role is between $57,76 - $127,770. Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience. Total compensation for this position will include a competitive benefits package and may include participation in company incentive compensation programs, which are based on factors to include organizational and individual performance.
