City/State Woodbridge, VA Work Shift Rotating Provider Specialty AnesthesiologyOverview: We are hiring Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join our team at Sentara Northern Virginia Medical Center, a 183-bed, not-for-profit hospital located in Woodbridge, Virginia. As part of Sentara Healthcare, a nationally recognized, integrated health system, the hospital is dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care with a focus on safety, innovation, and clinical excellence.

Position Highlights:

  • Shifts: 8, 10, 12, and 16-hour shifts available

  • Call: 1st Call Off Site

  • Annual Cases: 6,300• Annual OB Cases: 350+

  • Team Size:• 6 Physicians

  • 15+ CRNAs

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $249,995.20 - $249,995.20 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.
