Appropriate education and experience requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills

Demonstrated knowledge of HIPAA

Demonstrated knowledge of business management

Comfortable with Google suite.
What you will be doing:

Intake support (calls, documentation, onboarding clients)

Scheduling caregivers (backup + overflow)

Billing/invoicing support/QBO data entry/Posting payments

Payroll prep assistance

General admin (compliance docs, filing, follow-ups
• Key requirement: Must be able to fully back up office manager within 3–6 months
