Resident Assistant $20 - $22

CNA $22 - $24

Provide awake overnight support, ensuring our residents’ safety, comfort, and well-being. Join The Meadows of Wadena as an Overnight Resident Assistant and start a rewarding career.

Responsibilities:

Assisting residents with personal cares as scheduled.
Performing housekeeping duties.
Observing residents and reporting changes in physical and emotional condition.
Passing medications and supervising resident self-administration.

Overnight Shift (10p – 6:30a)

32 hours bi-weekly
Includes every other weekend

Shift differentials for overnights and weekends!

Qualifications:

We are seeking individuals who have a sensitivity and aptitude for working with the elderly.

Successful candidates must have strong problem-solving skills, good judgement, dependability, and flexibility.

Must perform all required job tasks as trained and directed and respect the confidentiality and personal privacy of residents.

Prior to starting work, all employees are required to pass a criminal investigation as solely determined by the State of Minnesota.
