Job description
The Home Care Aide (HCA), also referred to as a Caregiver, is classified as unlicensed personnel employed by a Home Care Organization (HCO) to provide non-medical home care services. These services support clients who, due to advanced age, physical, or mental disability, are unable to perform these tasks independently.
Responsibilities may include:
Assists residents with activities of daily living, such as:

Bathing
-
Dressing
-
Grooming
-
Toileting
-
Transfers
-
Feeding
-
Preparing or heating up meals
-
Medication reminders
-
Maintain a clean, and orderly environment for the individual by completing light housekeeping tasks as needed.

Accompany client to medical appointments and other errands.

Allowing and encouraging clients to do as much of their own care as possible.
Requirements

HCA registration with CDSS

Negative TB test

Reliable Transportation
ON CALL, EVENING AND WEEKEND SHIFTS Part-time and full-time positions are available starting at $16.50-$18 per hr based on experience.
