What you'll do:

Oversee day-to-day field operations and support project execution on job sites

Coordinate with internal teams, customers, and contractors to ensure timely delivery and proper use of materials

Monitor project progress to ensure schedules, quality standards, and customer expectations are met

Identify and resolve issues in the field, escalating as needed

Ensure materials and work are aligned with project specifications and requirements

Maintain strong communication with stakeholders to provide updates and support project success

Promote and enforce safety policies and procedures on job sites

Support continuous improvement of field processes and operations

Perform additional duties as needed
