Plant Operator I

What You'll Be Doing

  • Operate and monitor plant equipment to ensure safe and efficient production.

  • Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on machinery.

  • Maintain accurate production and quality records.

  • Assist with troubleshooting and resolving operational issues.

  • Follow all safety protocols and environmental regulations.

What Are We Looking For

  • Ability to learn and operate heavy industrial equipment safely and effectively.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.

  • Capability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and work conditions.

  • Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Conditions of Employment

  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.

  • Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Work Environment

  • Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
