What You'll Do

• Set up, load, and operate CNC machines and manual vertical mills

• Work with Haas and Fanuc controllers to maintain efficient production

• Run multiple machines while meeting quality and productivity standards

• Monitor production output and document results

• Inspect machined components using precision measuring instruments to ensure quality specifications are met

• Install, align, and secure tooling, fixtures, attachments, and workpieces

• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform minor fixture repairs as needed

• Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and specifications

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing environment preferred

• Familiarity with Haas and/or Fanuc controls

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Experience in production, assembly, or machine operation

Preferred Qualifications

• G-Code programming experience is a plus

• Strong mechanical aptitude

• Industrial manufacturing experience

Schedule

1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM

2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM-11:30 PM

Candidates should be willing to work overtime as needed.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of West Henrietta, NY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
