We're hiring Bag Line Production Team Members (1st Shift) to help operate, monitor, and support our bagging/packaging production line-safely, efficiently, and with a strong focus on quality.

What You'll Do

As a key member of our bag line team, you'll help ensure our products are packaged correctly and production goals are met. Responsibilities may include:

Operate and support bag line equipment (baggers, sealers, conveyors, palletizers, etc.)

Load materials and supplies to keep the line running smoothly

Monitor product quality (weights, seals, labels, appearance) and report issues quickly

Perform routine adjustments and basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime

Pack, stack, and palletize product according to specifications

Complete production and quality documentation accurately

Maintain a clean and organized work area (5S/housekeeping standards)

Follow all safety procedures and help promote a safety-first culture

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma / GED or a minimum of 2 years of work experience.

  • Able to read, interpret and follow work instructions.

  • Willingness to learn all aspects of the process and move from one job to another as business needs warrant.

  • Outstanding teamwork – must be able to work successfully and effectively with others.

  • Effectively use and read a tape measure.

  • Technical Capacity required.

  • Working knowledge of computers is preferred.

  • Able to stand, sit and walk throughout an entire shift.

  • Able to lift up to 40 pounds.

  • Able to use hand tools.

  • Able to work as a group and switch between jobs.

  • Able and willing to learn all jobs from start to finished product.

  • Able and willing to work a modified shift as needed.

  • Able and willing to work multiple shifts as needed.

  • Ability and willingness to work overtime as needed.

  • Manufacturing experience preferred
