Job Title: Manager of TTB Compliance
Location: Louisville, KY
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Manager of TTB Compliance to oversee all TTB compliance activities for a leading organization in the alcohol and ethanol industry. This role is responsible for managing regulatory compliance, preparing and submitting TTB reports, coordinating audits, maintaining permits and registrations, reconciling excise taxes, and partnering with operations, production, inventory, and sales teams to ensure full compliance with federal regulations.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of TTB compliance experience in the ethanol, alcohol, beverage, or chemical industry.
Hands-on experience with TTB reporting, DSP/Brewery compliance, audits, permits, and excise tax reconciliation.
Strong knowledge of proof gallons, ethanol industry calculations, and TTB regulations.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; NetSuite experience is a plus.
