Machine Operators - Carol Stream

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting manufacturing operations.

Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Carol Stream, IL

Pay Range: $22.16

Shift: 6pm-6am (rotating)

What's the Job?

  • Operate assigned machinery and equipment safely and efficiently

  • Follow prints and specs to operate routine production machinery

  • Adhere to all safety policies, including the use of PPE

  • Perform routine activities to produce parts within specified tolerances and quality standards.

  • Inspect finished parts, measure with precision tools, and maintain logs of production units.

  • Ability to interpret and follow job specifications for machinery operation.

  • Willingness to follow safety regulations and promote a safe work environment.

  • Basic understanding of production equipment or quick learner in machinery operation.

  • Strong attention to detail and quality standards.

  • Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills.
