Production Assemblers (Level I, II, and III)

1st and 2nd Shifts are Available

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization is seeking dedicated Production Assemblers to join their team. As a Production Assembler, you will be an integral part of the assembly department supporting team operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Production Assemble

Shift: 1st and 2nd shifts available

What's the Job?

  • Perform assembly work to manufacture products efficiently while maintaining quality standards

  • Validate materials prior to assembly and review work instructions to ensure accuracy

  • Build products according to specifications and within tolerances

  • Complete all clean-up and housekeeping procedures to maintain a safe work environment

  • Comply with all safety, quality, and work rules, including wearing appropriate PPE

What's Needed?

  • Ability to perform highly repetitive assembly tasks in a manufacturing environment

  • High school diploma or equivalent; experience in complex assembly is preferred

  • Demonstrated competency in assembly roles (for higher levels)

  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and stand or walk for extended periods

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality standards
