HVAC Service Apprentice
Location: Weymouth, MA
Pay: $18–$22 per hour

What You'll Do

Assist experienced HVAC Service Technicians on residential service calls.

Learn to diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain heating and cooling systems.

Perform preventative maintenance on residential HVAC equipment.

Safely use hand and power tools while following company safety procedures.

Provide outstanding customer service in customers' homes.

Complete work orders using company software.

Participate in ongoing hands-on technical training.
Qualifications

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

EPA Certification or a Massachusetts Plumbing Apprentice Card required.

A genuine desire to build a long-term career in the HVAC industry.

Able to lift 50+ pounds and work in varying weather conditions.
