Full job description

Provider

Physician Assistants

Syracuse, NY, US

Salary Range: $120,000.00 To $140,000.00 Annually

POSITION SUMMARY:

Responsible for providing primary health care to center patients within the structure of the family practice model in Quick Care; in addition, serves on committees, discharges administrative responsibilities, attends departmental meetings; participates in night and weekend on-call coverage rotation.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Graduation with a master’s or higher degree from an accredited physician assistant or nurse practitioner education program. Current New York State license is required. Must also have current BLS and infection control certifications. Must have a current DEA Registration, if applicable.

Quick Care Hours - Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 8:00pm. Saturday 10am - 6pm. Schedule based on business need.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Ambulatory - 95%

Sedentary - 5%

Subject to stress and fatigue. Requires manual and finger dexterity and eye hand coordination when working with patients and equipment. Subject to repeated bending, squatting and stooping. Requires corrected vision and hearing within normal range.
