IMMEDIATE HIRING!!! General Production Worker-18$h will be offered within 2 days
Job Duties:

Operate a fixed-track welder to heat and weld thermoplastic composite materials into rolls (kits).
-
Use a handheld iron for touch-ups and weld repairs.
-
Perform repetitive production tasks while standing for 8-10 hours.
-
Inspect materials and finished products for quality and defects.
-
Meet daily production goals in a fast-paced environment.
-
Assist with assembly, packaging, loading, and general labor tasks.

Use basic hand tools and follow standardized production processes.
-
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
-
Follow all safety procedures while working around production equipment and machinery.

Support other departments as needed.
Requirements:

Manufacturing, production, assembly, or general labor experience preferred.

Ability to perform repetitive work and stay focused throughout the shift.

Able to stand for long periods (8-10 hours).

Strong attention to detail and quality.

Ability to work independently and meet production targets.

Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Experience with hand tools is a plus.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
