Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Technician $23-$25/hr

Job Description

Join a dynamic manufacturing company as a Facilities Maintenance Technician, where you'll focus on essential general facility tasks. This role includes preventative maintenance, building upkeep, troubleshooting, and minor repairs to ensure the smooth operation of the facility.

Responsibilities

  • Perform grounds maintenance and building upkeep tasks such as patching drywall, painting, changing light bulbs, and handling minor plumbing and electrical issues.

  • Assist with minor mechanical repairs and adjustments, escalating more complex repairs to specialized contractors as necessary.

  • Support the troubleshooting of rooftop HVAC units when needed, while major HVAC work will be outsourced.

  • Conduct general building maintenance, including painting, minor plumbing, and building office furniture as required.

Essential Skills

  • Ability to troubleshoot and perform facilities maintenance.

  • Experience in preventive maintenance.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of maintenance experience.

  • General competency with Microsoft and computer systems, including documentation.

Work Environment

Work collaboratively with a team of three other maintenance professionals in a spacious warehouse and facility headquarters. Enjoy a stable schedule with no on-call requirements, working Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of White Bear Lake, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
