Manufacturing Technician

Compensation and Benefits

• Employees hired after October 1, 2025, will receive a $1,000 sign on bonus!

• Hourly pay starting at $23.06 , plus an extra $1.10 shift differential for all rotating shifts

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment to manufacture products according to safety and quality standards.

• Perform routine maintenance and mechanical troubleshooting on machines and equipment.

• Monitor and document production metrics , including quality checks and safety logs.

• Work collaboratively in a team environment to achieve daily production goals.

• Follow all safety procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Qualifications

• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and ability to perform equipment troubleshooting, sanitization, and maintenance.

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs at or above waist height.

• Willingness to work rotating shifts , including weekends, holidays, and overtime as required.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills .

• Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety protocols.

Preferred Experience

• Machine operation (not assembly)

• Preventative maintenance/repair/tools

• Troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude

• Following SOPs
