Security Officer Overnight Patrol

As a Security Officer Patrol in Rockingham, NC , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a food and beverage location. You will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, support access control, and respond to security-related concerns. Deliver exceptional customer service and clear communication while contributing to a caring, reliable team that acts with integrity.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and/or delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.

• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of food and beverage production areas, warehouses, parking areas, access points, and the facility perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.

• Monitor access to the location, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and document entry and exit activity according to site-specific procedures.

• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and documenting actions taken.

• Observe and report unusual conditions, facility hazards, equipment concerns, and policy violations to site management and/or Allied Universal supervision.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.

• Alarm panel experience is preferred.

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
