Full job description

Make a Difference. Keep Great Work Moving. We are looking for a Project Coordinator to work across sales, administration, and production to help turn sold projects into finished products. You will make sure what is installed reflects what the client purchased, on time and on budget. Today, responsibilities are spread across several people and departments. You will interact with all the players, identify and help solve problems, suggest and improve processes, and, overall, keep projects moving. This role needs someone who can learn how we do things, understand what each group needs, and in the end say, I've got it." If you see something that doesn't make sense or find a better way, we want to hear about it. This position is not about keeping the status quo; it is about thoughtful and sustainable improvement. We are not looking for someone who needs to be told what to do every step of the way. You will have responsibility—and we expect you to take it seriously. What You'll Do * Own project success rather than simply passing tasks from one person to another. * Communicate across the company including sales, admin, production, and management. * Help salespeople with CAD, design, pricing, and answering questions and solving problems. * Review sold contracts and designs for completeness and accuracy. * Translate contract and design information into clear requirements for production. * Develop cut lists for manufacturing. * Track inventory and order required materials, components, and accessories. * Identify potential problems before they reach production. * Help minimize waste, errors, rush orders, and unnecessary costs. Help Improve the Way We Work You might have experience in CAD, design, manufacturing, production, purchasing, estimating, project coordination, or something completely different. What matters more to us is how you approach work. You need to be curious, capable, organized, and willing to take ownership. If you enjoy solving problems, working with people, and finding better ways to get things done, we'd like to hear from you.
