Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Opportunities | Fall River, MA

Amergis Educational Staffing

Amergis Educational Staffing is seeking dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to support students at various school sites throughout Fall River, MA .

Position Details

  • Location: Fall River, MA

  • Setting: School-based opportunities throughout the area

  • Schedule: Up to 32.5 hours per week

  • Hours: Vary by school assignment

  • Pay Rate: Up to $65/hour

  • Start Date: Upcoming school year

Responsibilities

  • Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

  • Provide direct speech-language therapy services

  • Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families

Qualifications

The Speech-Language Pathologist in the school setting is responsible for performing student evaluations as well as providing and documenting therapy services in accordance with the plan of care developed for each individual student and the physician's orders.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Licensure in the state of assignment required

  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred and may be required by state/contract.

  • Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice

  • Current CPR if applicable

  • TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable

  • Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)

  • Must meet all federal, state and local requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
