Position Details
Location: Oswego, IL
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:50 AM to 3:15 PM
Lunch: 30-minute unpaid lunch

Key Responsibilities

Provide specialized instruction to students receiving special education services

Implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and support staff

Monitor student progress and maintain required documentation

Support positive academic, behavioral, and social development
Required Qualifications

Valid state teaching certification as required by state and district regulations

Ability to meet all federal, state, and local employment requirements

Must be at least 18 years old

Current CPR certification, health records, and TB screening if required
Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university

One or more years of teaching experience

Standard Elementary, Secondary, or Special Education Teaching Certification

Learning Behavior Specialist (LBS1) endorsement
