About the Role

Location: Remote – Michigan residents

Would you like to work a Monday-through-Friday schedule from the comfort of your home?

As a remote Process Quality Coordinator in Morley's reacquired vehicle management (RVM) group, we'll train you to manage performance and quality. No automotive experience required! We're looking for someone with a keen eye for detail and precision to help us provide the best experience possible for our clients and their customers.

What You'll Do

  • Manage transaction quality review on cases for the repurchase process and reacquired vehicle management (RVM) groups

  • Make sure that required document collections are accurate per state requirements

  • Work with team members and Senior Coordinators to verify the reliability and integrity of case information

  • Evaluate transactions for quality and deliver feedback

  • Review case setup to ensure repurchase packets are correct

  • Review repurchase settlement offers to ensure they align with client guidelines

  • As assigned, help think critically about the case per state requirements

  • Offer timely and accurate solutions through inbound and outbound conversations (including phone calls, chats, emails and other communications as needed) while keeping a positive and upbeat attitude

Eligibility Requirements

  • Must have the ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen

  • Bachelor’s degree (OR, high school diploma or equivalent with three or more years of customer care experience*) (*previous work in call center, retail, restaurant, fast food, hotel, banking, mortgages, or any role where you interacted with customers)

  • Able to work 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Eastern time Monday to Friday (no nights or weekends!)

  • Must be able to stick to the schedule reliably

Remote Work Requirements

  • Michigan resident

  • Secluded and distraction-free work environment

  • Required internet setup:

  • High-speed internet delivered through a wired provider (cable or fiber)

  • Computer must be physically connected to your modem / router using an Ethernet cable

  • Wireless, 5G and satellite connections are not supported
