Full job description
Our client, a leader in the life sciences manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated Production Chemist I to join their team. As a Production Chemist I, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting research and healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to quality, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Production Chemist I
Location: Hercules, CA
Pay Range: 36.50
Shift: 8am - 4:30pm, Monday through Friday
What's the Job?
-
Formulate bulk solutions, buffers, and reagents for Bio-Education and Bio-Plex product lines.

Execute manufacturing processes according to approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Production Procedures.

Complete batch records and documentation in compliance with GDP and GMP requirements.

Perform in-process and final quality control testing.

Maintain inventory and production records using SAP, and operate laboratory equipment effectively.
What's Needed?
-
Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related life science field.

0 to 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or laboratory environment.

Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

Good mathematical and problem-solving abilities.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety.
