OLH Technical Services, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking services a Technical Security Systems Data Entry Support Technician to join our team in Denver, Colorado.
Position Responsibilities:

This requirement is required to provide support entering and maintaining various types of data and information that is related to the various technology systems and databases.

Receiving and validating the customer information received through the new account request process. Coordinate with other FPS divisions that are related to account information and potentially billing information.Accepting/receiving all calls from tenant agencies, operators, or MegaCenter staff on all electronic security systems issues.Follow-up with the client agency to determine if service was completed and the customer is satisfied.Create and update various reports and dashboards.
Position Requirements:

Position is located in Denver, CO
Compensation: $20 - $23 / hour
