Full job description

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking Machine Operators to join their team.

As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting various operational tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Marston, MO

Pay Range: $23 - 24 per hour,

Shift: Swing Shift (4 days working dayshift – OFF 4 days – Work 4 days nightshift)

  • Operate and monitor machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety.

  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment.

  • Follow production schedules and meet quality standards.

  • Collaborate with team members to improve operational efficiency.
