Old Harbor Solutions LLC , a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader is seeking a Sr Military Contracts Advisor / Action Officer to support our customer.
Responsibilities:

Serve as the CMO Director’s primary staff officer, responsible for ensuring and maintaining continuity of message and intent when developing and reviewing strategic and external communications products and preparing for and executing CMO Director strategic engagements. Strategic engagements include interactions with senior DoD officials, Federal Agencies, and Industry.

Working in coordination with the CMO Executive Assistant and/or CMO Deputy Director, research, collect, and analyze quantitative and qualitative data to provide recommendations and alternate courses of action to support management decisions.

Prepare content supporting various types of briefings, speaking engagements, and outreach efforts.

Create and modify communications strategies and leads and/or supports special projects.

Analyze and synthesize observed verbal and written information resulting from CMO Director meetings/engagements and develop actionable plans and tasks as required.

Assist with Policy Analyst duties (Section 5) as required, and bandwidth allows.
Requirements:

Ability to pass agency background check

Ability to pass a pre-employment background check

Bachelor’s degree in any of the following fields: accounting, business, finance, law, contracts, purchasing or organization and management is preferred.

One to two years’ experience similar to Action Officer responsibilities listed above

Prior experience with producing quality briefings for senior officials.

Familiarity with acquisition/contracting is preferred
-
Prior Military experience in a similar role would be beneficial to excel in this position

Must be organized and detail-oriented

Able to work independently and in a team environment

Excellent interpersonal skills to create effective collaborations among various level of staff

Excellent verbal, written, organizational, time management skills.

Proficient in MS Office Suite
Position is located in Arlington, VA - Required on site two days a week
