Insight Global is seeking a Patient Services Coordinator for a direct hire opportunity.

This resource will be responsible for general office functions that support patient care, including patient registration, insurance verification, and collection of applicable coinsurance and copayments. You'll also be scheduling diagnostic and follow-up appointments and answering phone calls. You'll greet patients when they arrive, manage wait times, and complete check-in and check-out tasks! You'll manage the cashier box and daily deposits, and process walk-in patients and visitors.

Skills and Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer service or patient service experience

  • Very strong communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Data entry experience (Excel)

  • Experienced in talking to clients and patients on the phone and via email

  • Proficient with Microsoft Suite experience • Bilingual in English/Spanish

  • Knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT coding

  • Prior outpatient or clinic-based experience

  • Experience with electronic medical records (EMR/EHR)
