About the Role:

The Lead Bartender plays a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional guest experience by managing bar operations within a dynamic hospitality environment. This position requires overseeing daily bar activities, ensuring high standards of service, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for patrons. The Lead Bartender will mentor and guide bar staff, fostering teamwork and professional development to enhance overall performance. Additionally, this role involves inventory management, quality control, and collaboration with management to optimize bar profitability and efficiency. Ultimately, the Lead Bartender ensures that every guest enjoys a memorable and enjoyable visit, contributing to the establishment's reputation and success.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • At least 3 years of bartending experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

  • Strong knowledge of drink recipes, and beverage trends.

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.

  • Ability to work flexible hours.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a supervisory or lead role within a bar or restaurant setting.

  • Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.

  • Knowledge of local and state alcohol laws and regulations

Responsibilities:
