Responsibilities:

As a Technical Operations Technician, you will be responsible for providing ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products, both remotely and onsite.

Your role will involve supporting configured services running on various platforms while adhering to defined operating models and processes.

You will provide hardware and software support, implementing technology at the operating system level across all server and network areas, and for specific software solutions, vendors, and brands. This work includes basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.

You are expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert.

Active participation and contribution in team discussions are required, along with providing solutions to work-related problems.

Advanced proficiency in IT Infrastructure Operations is required.
-
Advanced proficiency in TCP/IP Networking is recommended.
-
Additionally, advanced proficiency in Server Operating Systems, Infrastructure Event Management, and Wireless Networking Technologies is suggested.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently to minimize downtime.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and reliability.
-
Document technical processes and solutions to improve knowledge sharing within the team.

Stay updated with the latest technology trends and best practices to ensure optimal service delivery.

Assist in the development and implementation of new technologies and processes to improve operational efficiency.
This role will require 20% onsite in the office.
Basic Qualifications:

Minimum 2 year of work experience

IT Infrastructure Operations Server Operating Systems Infrastructure Event Management
-
One or more networking/Linux/cloud certifications: Cisco, Juniper, Redhat, CompTIA, LPI, AWS, GCP, Azure
-
Experience with deploying and troubleshooting network infrastructure e.g. Wireless Access Points, Layer 3 Switches and Routers

High School or GED
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Experience with deploying and maintaining IT Infrastructure at scale

Experience with using IT Infrastructure Management tools e.g. UniFi and Meraki
-
Ability to work independently and as a collaborative partner

Build strong relationships and navigate through cross-functional discussions to successful outcomes and effectively
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
