Job Purpose

As the Digital Commerce Transformation Manager, you lead high-impact commercial and technological transformation initiatives in our owned ecommerce ecosystem. Sitting within the regional eMarketing team, you will serve as the primary bridge between commercial teams and IT teams to ensure our digital ecosystem directly drives market growth. You will champion the delivery of next-generation digital tools, adapting them from our Global product teams and providing support to local teams to execute flawlessly. This is an exciting opportunity to visibly influence the organizational digital roadmap and redefine how our brands win in a highly dynamic, evolving digital landscape.

What you will do

  • Lead Regional owned ecommerce platform projects: Own and execute the end-to-end delivery of new digital ecommerce products, aligning commercial strategies with modern IT infrastructure to accelerate business growth. Represent EMEA at global level- ensuring the region’s needs get voiced at the global level to ensure smooth transitions to global tools .

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with the other OAC team members, regional commercial leads, and global digital and IT stakeholders to harmonize tech adoption and remove friction from the regional digital rollout.

  • Capability Mapping: Evaluate current regional digital commerce capabilities, identify critical technology and skill gaps, and implement targeted training and optimization strategies to close them.

  • Performance Tracking: Establish and monitor rigorous KPIs and transformation milestones, providing regular, data-driven visibility into project health and ROI to the executive leadership team.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a closely related field.

  • Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience managing digital commerce, digital marketing, or commercial transformation initiatives.

  • Project Management: Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional, large-scale project implementations within a corporate environment.

  • Technical Acumen: Direct, verifiable experience working with e-commerce platforms or enterprise commercial tech stacks.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Industry Experience: Previous experience working within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector.

  • Adaptability & Communication: Exceptional influence and storytelling skills, with a proven capability to translate complex technical architectures into actionable commercial strategies for diverse stakeholders.
