Description
Our client is seeking a skilled Attorney with experience in both litigation and transactional matters to support a dynamic legal practice. This role requires a versatile legal professional who can manage disputes, provide strategic counsel, draft and negotiate agreements, and advise clients on a broad range of legal issues.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle litigation matters from pre-dispute analysis through resolution, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and settlement negotiations.

Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements and transactional documents.
-
Advise clients on legal risk, compliance, contract interpretation, and business matters.
-
Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda, correspondence, and other legal documents.
-
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and outside counsel on litigation strategy and transactional priorities.
-
Support matters involving contract management, compliance, litigation, and mergers and acquisitions as needed.
Requirements
-
Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
-
Active license to practice law in good standing. Georgia bar preferred.

Experience handling both litigation and transactional legal work.
-
Strong drafting, negotiation, research, and analytical skills.

Excellent communication skills and sound business judgment.
-
Experience with commercial law, employment and labor law, intellectual property, or real estate law is a plus.
