Die Cut Press- Machine Operator
Join the Oliver Healthcare Packaging Team as a Die Cut Press Operator!
Location: Anaheim, CA
Shift: [1st shift]
Are you passionate about precision and teamwork? At Oliver Healthcare Packaging, we create life-saving healthcare packaging, and we're looking for a skilled Die Cut Press Operator to join our high-performing team.
What You'll Do:

Conduct machine safety inspections to maintain a secure work environment.

Set up and operate die cut press machines to meet hourly production goals and schedule adherence.

Ensure all materials are prepared and ready for efficient production runs.

Read and interpret customer specifications to meet quality standards.

Perform line clearances and maintain machinery cleanliness with a focus on 5S organization principles.

Collaborate with other shifts to achieve daily production targets.

Execute efficient changeovers using Single Minute Exchange of Dies (SMED) techniques.
What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in die-cutting or operating press machinery (preferred).

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Team player with excellent communication skills.

Familiarity with 5S and SMED principles is a plus.

Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
